Last week, Rebecca had the opportunity to visit Nisichawayasihk Neyo Ohtinwak Collegiate (N.N.O.C) in Nelson House, Manitoba. This school is entering its third year in working with Learning Bird.

We will be headed to Edmonton, Alberta to participate in the Indspire National Gathering for Indigenous Education. The event is from November 7-9th at the Shaw Conference Centre.

Our team was excited to attend the Turtle Island Reads storytelling roundtable on September 19th at Thompson House on the McGill University campus.

Rebecca and Louis from our team are packing up and are headed to North Battleford, SK to meet with teachers, administrators, and consultants from Treaty Six Education Council (TSEC).

We were happy to participate in the first annual Teach for Canada Northern Education Fair at the end of July in Thunder Bay, ON.
